There is a lot of interest in post office art today, I think people are appreciating what we have, ... We're excited and starting to look up to see what's there, and that is my purpose.

Judging by the box-office, local people show a great interest in the festival and have given active responses. American people are enchanted by Asian countries especially China.

People are filing on time or using electronic services. We don't even keep the tax forms in the post office.

Let's see how this one goes, but I have one up my sleeve if we think that people want it.

Quick dinner with ... Ang [Lee] and his wife Jane who's visiting with the children for a while. She says Ang is wholly uninterested. He has no idea what she does.
I check this out for myself. 'What does Jane do?' I ask.
'Science,' he says vaguely.

I think our hearts are very chemical and we change the way we see people according to how we feel about them. That's what love is, in a way.
