There is a lot of uncertainty. Higher prices caused by simply shipping products could last for six or eight weeks. Our suppliers are saying it's too early to tell the impact. They are advising us to get product but not to do anything radical.

I know some other people will sign (right away), but there is a cloud of uncertainty because of what's going on with the CBA. We'll just keep building this thing one step at a time.

People too often tolerate uncertainty prior to taking action; worse, some people believe that omniscience or infallibility are prerequisites for being certain, so they conclude that certainty (and therefore knowledge) is never possible.
