There is a misconception. I didn't make money selling drugs, I spent more to support my habit.

My message wasn't, 'Don't use drugs, they're bad for you,' it was don't go out to parties where you are going to get drunk and lose your inhibitions and try drugs. Because once you try them, you will like them. Don't put yourself in that position.

What I'm proposing is that the money raised here should stay here to provide better services and support for the U.S.-Peruvian community.

They will do anything they can to get money to support their habit, ... That's why the quality of (property) seizures has gone down over the last few years.

They cannot be used exclusively. That's a common misconception. You can out-eat any of these drugs.
