There is, at this point, little that we can do. Because it's private property, we can't regulate it.

They associate people with a handout.

Our private property must be sacrificed.

It is bad policy to regulate everything... where things may better regulate themselves and can be better promoted by private exertions; but it is no less bad policy to let those things alone which can only be promoted by interfering social power.

The DOT's hands are really tied at this point because the fencing issue is on private property. Unfortunately, there's not much we can do.

Protection of private property is a fundamental right protected in a strong democracy.
