There is no such prize claim method that we use. Basically you have to come here and purchase a ticket and if you win a prize you have to come here to claim it.

The key message here is when you purchase a ticket for any venue outside the authorized purchasing method, you are not guaranteed to receive a valid ticket. If you go through a classified ad in the newspaper or on eBay, those tickets are not guaranteed.

Make sure when you purchase your ticket, you know what you're really getting.

There's the purchase of the ticket. There are the seats on the airplane. I think those are the two most valuable things that airlines offer to customers.
