There is so much talk about Lily as a seasoned and articulate model, I thought that would be a good switch for me as the past 10 years of fashion week it's been about a different kind of hype.

You can tell by watching him that he's a lot more seasoned and has a lot more poise than the other guys. He has a little more confidence in what he's doing right now even though he's only been here a short time.

I just laughed about it, ... I just thought if you're going to align yourself with somebody, it might as well be champions. He made his own decisions, not doing something just because you have to do it. He had his own sense of purpose.

They tell me I have a good shot at starting but that is just talk. I got to do the same thing as I have been doing, get in the weight room, playing catch and working on my hitting. They are a young team and they are looking for guys to step up. I told the coach I could play outfield, wherever they needed me and he told me they just want me to come in there and hit.

I have enjoyed shaking hands and I have made a lot of good contacts. I have been following up with the literature and e-mails and I have had some good responses, too.
