There may never be a solution for detection. It's probably best left up to health professionals.

Anthrax events in perspective are pretty rare.

Part of the problem with using these automatic detectors is we can't have any level of false negatives. With the military it's different because they're all volunteers and they understand the risks. It's unacceptable in a civilian environment.

It's the right problem, but it's the wrong solution. It doesn't reduce health care spending.

I can't say this program is the final solution. But I can say we will increase the health of the streams.

Requiring something people cannot afford is not a solution to solving the health care crisis.
