There seems to be a two-month pattern, usually two months after the release of a tape there has been an attack somewhere in the world.

It seems that whenever the authorities are able to uncover some of the individuals that may have played a role in the attacks, they hit a brick wall. They still don't know the mystery men who provided the financing or logistics [for these attacks]. These men set up the plot and then disappear.

We're usually there more than once a month. We were just there on a routine inspection.

We've taken about an 18-month project and condensed it to about 10 months.
