There seems to be some controversy about the machines. There is concern from the pharmacy profession that you're losing that contact with the patients when they're receiving pharmaceuticals from the machine.

All we have to do to solve the whole controversy is have the medical profession come forward (and) lay the guidelines down, ... The guidelines say only certain doctors can do it, and if you don't, we're going to punish you.

I don't see why they are having so much controversy there. It's not like they have a losing record (12-7). It's a good thing for us, though. We just keep winning and moving forward.

Our concern is as we're losing the islands, if nothing is done we could lose this bird colony altogether.

We don't have any concern. As long as the terminals are owned by the state, we're going to manage and operate them. P&O has always provided good service, and we've worked well together. We don't expect that will change.

I don't see how you can write anything of value if you don't offend someone.
