There were at least 500-600 proposals after our initial call to artists in early January. We approved a little less than half of them, but not all were made.

Now you have to find the great things that are being done by young artists, whoever is of the best quality.

Wages are obviously part of it, but it's also working conditions, their own safety, their ability to have the drugs, supplies and equipment they need. And part of it is management: Do they feel like they have career-advancement opportunities? Do they feel they are being respected and treated fairly?

There were a lot more. Now you're left with the four holdouts.

We expect to make about $500,000-$600,000 more. Our initial goal was one million, but in reality we will probably make a bit less.
