There were more rapes reported this year than last. I know there's some speculation that there's just more reports. Well, I don't know that. I don't know that it's not actually going up. There's so much we don't know.

According to most reports, it was first reported in 1997 in Hong Kong. When we look back now, we can say pretty safely that this virus was circulating in China for a long time but they just weren't reporting it.

There has been some speculation that you could conceivably see the two-year note cut back to a quarterly cycle from a monthly. I do think that will happen, but I don't think it will be announced tomorrow.

They haven't seen an increase since 2001 and this is the first year, in all four reports, that they showed an increase. With the economy coming back, they are just starting to regain the ground lost in those two years.

I wouldn't make that speculation.

We've probably never been closer to a pandemic than the year 1917.
