There's a difference between doing things right and doing the right thing.

Doing the right thing has power.

Initiative is doing the right thing without being told.

You can't make other people do "right." All you can do is "right" yourself, and sometimes even that's hard to do.

Do not withhold good . . . when it is in your power to do it.

Doing what's right is seldom easy.
