There's a demand for car washing in North Vancouver that's undersupplied at this point, ... There's not a lot of carwashes when you look at the population base.

It took me quite a while to wipe off the sand on my car. But there's no point in washing it -- who knows when the next storm will hit?

I'd rather walk than drive a car. In Vancouver, where I am from, you can get to just about anywhere you need to go on foot. Even if it's raining I'll go out for a stroll. I just love that.

It's something that we're still looking at, whether this was a blast in Vancouver or North Vancouver construction, it's sort of an unusual time.
