There's a first moment among many each season when you know you've found your rhythm. We're not there yet, there's work yet to do, but we're headed in the right direction and that moment is coming.

That's not something you set out to do, or something you think about when you get started, but when you get to that level and achieve that, there is a certain pride that goes with that. As time goes by and you see how much has been accomplished, it's mind-boggling, but it's a validation for all the hard work of the kids, their families, and the coaches.

I found myself in a rhythm after the first couple of shots that I got. Everything after that was easy. My teammates found me inside and I was able to convert.

It's been boring. There's not a lot to do when you're just practicing. It's hard to get any rhythm.

This is typical of what we are going to see for the remainder of the season. Not necessarily these record temperatures, but certainly a warm and dry winter.

It's not like this is the first year it's been like this; it's been like that for 30 years,
