There's a great need and with the increasing elderly population there will be a greater need.

There are a lot of new residences geared to older people that are out in the hinterlands. They are not necessarily close to medical offices, grocery stores and all the places you need to go. We need to start thinking about how to retrofit our community so older people can get around.
