There's a huge range of topics folks work on, both professional and personal. It's really a vital, busy place -- it's like a humanities laboratory in many ways, with people studying people.

Format is really not so important of the records we have here. It's the uniqueness.

We emphasize placing people in safe and affordable housing as an immediate response to their crisis and then ensure that the necessary supports are in place to sustain their housing so they don't become homeless again.

Unfortunately, they can't help all homeless persons that are reported to them. They have limited flexibility because of certain barriers, like (a homeless person's) bad credit or a criminal record.

If [Hamilton] hadn't done that, they might have gone to the rats and fires. Virtually everything in here, there are not copies of anywhere else.
