There's a lot of reaction here sometimes. We'd like to see more pro-action.

As far as further steps toward solvency, the question is, how much further action are we going to see in the Senate?

This is a very serious campaign violation, and we are urging the appropriate authorities to investigate and take action immediately before this front group has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars trying to buy this Assembly race for the candidate of Sacramento insiders.

We're taking this action to specifically deal with the J. Baker situation.

Basically, it's the same underlying picture and certainly supportive of the monetary policy action they've been undertaking.

As of now, we're not taking any legal action against Hammond.
