There's a lot of stuff in here that will negatively effect our businesses and that's who we're here to represent. The businesses I represent do not want someone setting up in front of their doorstops.

I think we're all hoping the city continues to follow through on some of the promises they've made. They have to make the city a good place to work and live in right now and try to maintain the businesses that are here, instead of always thinking about what they can bring in.

You will find in politics that you are much exposed to the attribution of false motive. Never complain and never explain.

We think this will be a happy place.

An economist is an expert who will know tomorrow why the things he predicted yesterday didn't happen.

It will feel like a stage - it will be very precise lighting.
