There's been a very big environmental change over the past 20 years.

down over the rocks: an explosion, a discovery;

to hurry into the work of my life; I wanted to know,

whoever I was, I was

alive
for a little while.

We worked hard for the past two years to make this happen. You have to be convinced that you're going to succeed. It takes focus, and we never believed that it would turn out any differently.

In the past two weeks we've experienced a sea of change within our organization and these moves are in accordance with our new direction and philosophy.

Yet I have come to believe that while the past is unchangeable, our perceptions of is are malleable...
