There's naturally going to be some people who have some issues with it, but the success of the ad and the amount of positive response we've had, far outweighs any issues.

People get distracted by box-office figures and take jobs because they think it will advance their careers.

I don't like it when people ask actors to work for free - on the fringe - as if it's some kind of virtue. That annoys me - actors should be paid well.

With these young players and the different paces of their maturation processes and with the success we enjoyed in the second half last season, anything can happen. I think there will be improvement over last year and that this will be a very exciting team to watch; the core of that team we expect to have significant continuity for seasons to come.

Dubai is the victim of its own success.

We have a senior dominated group and we are not expecting a lot of surprises. The key to our success this year will be based on how our four through six runners perform. All of the runners have been training on their own this summer and have done a good job keeping us informed of their progress.
