There's no discrimination against U.S. citizens in this, and that's what the law requires, that there be no discrimination against U.S. citizens.

If there was no discrimination in the application of the law, we would have no problem with it. But if it is there is no uniform application, then our employees and our customers are being treated unfairly.

Housing discrimination is alive and doing surprisingly well. Ignorance is not an excuse for violating the law.

This may be more of a political dispute than a dispute about trademark law. Trying to have a special law that says this one phrase can not be trademarked strikes me as the wrong way to deal with the problem if it is even a problem.

We're not going to solve this problem with a patchwork approach at the state level. It's a national problem, and the need is to repair the national system. We're not going to erect barriers between states.
