These different forces are helping the provinces to rebuild themselves. A unified command of all these forces would be more efficient,

Afghanistan is a country in need. Afghanistan needs to protect itself in the region; Afghanistan needs to secure itself within the country. Afghanistan needs to develop its forces, and Afghanistan needs to provide stability to the people.

and we're working now to see that they're deployed within an effective and unified chain of command.

We are glad and happy for what Pakistan is now doing on their territory to chase terrorists and to arrest them,

attach importance to developing relations with all neighboring countries, including Pakistan.
