These girls have come a long way. We are still a strong, competitive team considering we have four injured starters sitting on the bench.

Lufkin and us have always played real close, but this one went into double overtime. The oxygen leaves your body. Lufkin played a real tough game.

We tried to come into the second game more focused, and with more intensity. I told the girls we needed to limit the walks and errors.

It's like taking a shower in a raincoat! If the stoopid girls would just take the pill, or get a patch, I would be going to Harvard!

I'm looking forward to working with my girls on some more putting. We're really hitting putting and chipping.

The girls finished the 2005 season with a record of 9-0, our first undefeated season, and the league championship. This year's girls group is our largest and most talented team. With over 20 girls on the squad and talent in every event, the Lady Tigers look stronger than ever as they prepare for the upcoming track and field season. Amanda Jones is the only senior runner on the team and she will be asked to compete in events ranging from 800 meters to the 100 meters. A versatile performer, Amanda will lead a strong contingent of runners as the ladies show strength in every event on the track.
