These guys stuck with me. They walk the walk and talk the talk better than anyone I've ever seen.

We look up and see that 7.00 ERA, ... We haven't seen that guy yet. He was tough. He was in control of the game, but we couldn't mount anything.

Sometimes it takes guys a little longer. It's different for everybody, but he's definitely a guy we are fortunate to have on our team.

Through all of the choke talk and everything else that was said, this team really stuck together when the chips were down and we weren't playing as well together as we knew we could. Everybody stuck together and nobody paid attention to that and we were all a unit, and it paid off in the end.

Guys who get nominated are guys that talk with a lisp or walk with one leg, or have been hit in the head one too many times, and don't have any parents. And that's great. That's very flashy. And you'll win an Oscar.
