These kids have taught me so much more than I could ever teach them.

We're trying to track our kids to prove its worth.

It's important to let them progress at their own speed and let them be self-motivated.

Quite a few of our kids joined the club after they found out what other services were here. We like to mix up other training activities for the kids, like cycling and weight lifting and using the speed bag. They can do all of that here when they aren't swimming.

Most of our kids swim at least three or four times a week.

That's the kind of dogs they were. They went back to get their kids.
