These kids have to learn a lesson. They need to find something better to do with their time.

If they have to sit and hand write it and look at the file, maybe it'll sink in that maybe I shouldn't have done this. You know, they're all to the age where they're smart enough to know what they've done.

I want them to replace the tires. I want their parents and the boys to come in to my house and sit down at our dining room table and tell my husband and I why they felt they needed to do this.

You've had to stay. You've had to stay to watch what went on because we'd seen kids coming across the yard over there picking up things in their wake that were maybe of use to them, maybe it was not ours, maybe it was our neighbors that blew down over here. But still, they were picking up things that were not theirs.

When I started, three kids would be a big training.

Kids have taken it and passed and have moved . . . so the numbers don't always add up.
