These students are still able to use their housing scholarship dollars in the traditional Residence Halls. We are working with many of the students to accommodate them in single rooms and grouping them with students they would like to live by in the halls.

We apologize to the students who were awarded the Vice-Presidential Housing and Student Mentor Scholarships for the delay in providing them information they needed to make a decision on living in the new Foundation Residential Apartments. The policy will be revisited once the mortgage on the Foundation Residential Apartments has been fulfilled and the building is turned over to the University.

We look at what other universities in the region are doing [in terms of scholarship changes], as well as assessing the overall success of our own scholarship program on an annual basis.

We are especially pleased that we were able to offer a $5,000 college scholarship during the party.

Students are able to come in ready to work. It eliminates another distraction.

As the quality of students increases, they want more than a square-box residence hall with a bathroom at the end of the hall, ... The higher-end student wants and expects more.
