We help each other all the time. Your guy beats you, somebody has your back. And our conditioning is great. We beat a lot of guys all over with our running.

I think it's a great show of sportsmanship after the game. But having them before the game might be a better idea. This way, you won't have to deal with a guy who's given you a cheap shot during the game.

Knowing that you need your opponent because without him or her, there is no game.

Acknowledging that your opponent holds the same deep-rooted aspirations and expectations as you.

Knowing that, win or lose, you will walk off the course with pride.

Always taking the high road.

And always, always, always being a good sport.

As a team we felt like we should have won the game in regulation. We took that feeling into the overtime and were just glad we still had a chance to win it.
