They are also known as cop killers. And this is what disturbs me most about these types of organizations.

Obviously, these organizations have their own standards of justice.

We clearly need a better system in place to enforce the liquor laws of Honolulu.

And so again I ask those responsible, with oversight of the liquor commission, to evaluate this and to enact the proper ethical standards so that this type of corruption never, ever happens again.

And they also initiated inspections on the establishments as a form of coercion, to allow the money to keep on coming in.

This type of clear and present danger comes with too much violence for us to ignore at this early stage.
