They are not necessarily 'pathologic,' ... but they are a concern.

It's all being done under a public safety concern.

Having heard about this, my biggest concern is that we should go back and look at all of the projects he did ... to be sure there isn't anything we should have a concern about, ... Out of fairness to the citizens ... that's the only prudent thing to do.

We do support the city of Orr's concern for safety, ... But we're still in the research mode here. Just because a law is passed doesn't mean that the local police or other law enforcement are capable of enforcing it. We don't know if we have enforceability yet. We're hoping it's something that the railroad will work out with the city of Orr rather than becoming an adversarial relationship.

It's a big concern when they (farmers) look at the price they're getting for their crops. They don't see big increases unless it's a year when the yields are low. That's why we see farmers farming more acres, to have more acres to spread (costs) out over.

None of the issues really rose to the level of what I call a major concern in our minds, because they were either exaggerated -- and I won't be specific -- or they were fixable.
