They changed up their pressure and we did not do a good job adapting to it.

We just didn't do a good job of handling pressure. We didn't have any continuity.

That's not to say there won't always be pressure points in the selling of mutual funds and other products. It's a situation where compliance personnel and lawyers are going to have to work with the business people to ensure that all regulatory rules are met.

My best attribute is that I handle pressure very well. My job is to see how good I can get this team to be. I went to the Touchdown Club one day, and I listened to all the different opinions from alumni and others. Then I said, 'I really appreciate your opinions, but I have no interest in them. It's kind of like me going to your work for an hour and watching what you do and then telling you how to do your job. My staff and I work 80 hours a week, and just because you think we should do this or that … what kind of leader would I be?' I let the people know.

He's pretty good, he's our bread and butter. St. Anne's did a great job. They put a lot of pressure on him.

It's just not good enough to get chances. You've got to get the job done.
