They did overt and covert surveillance. In some cases, they wanted them to know they were being followed.

I'm going to talk about overt versus covert. We won those battles.

We try to be proactive in cases like this. We followed our own process of being open and proactive.

She was kind of the question mark. She decided she missed it, so she came to me right after Christmas, and said she wanted to play.

All of them are still in there. It might end up being pitching by committee. Somebody at our conference brought up the idea of a closer, like you have in baseball, and we may do some of that, too. They're all different enough that it could be effective. If one kid struggles, bring in another one, and if she struggles, bring in another one.

The pitching still needs a little attention. They've all got to learn to be a little more careful where they put it, hit their spots, and not just throw it right in there, because they did that some, and got hit pretty hard a few times. We'll be fine. They survived. Our schedule isn't great, because we start so early, but it is nice that we now have two weeks off, because we can use 10 days or so to regroup, and build some of that confidence back up.
