They don't build resorts without a spa. It's what groups and meeting planners demand.

Federalism should be a meeting point of all groups.

You couldn't keep a record. You couldn't keep any minutes, you know. You'd have a meeting at, say, my house today. And the next week or two, you'd have it at his house. And the next one, at some other place, not the same place all the time. And that's the way you had to keep those folks from knowing where you was having your meetings.

It might build hostility and anger among groups, too. It has just as much of a chance of doing that.

We need to build a supply system to cope with the demand.

I guess I can see both sides if it is depicting certain groups in a negative light. But at the same time I would keep it for its historical quality. It's a touchy subject.
