They got a lot of information that we had no other way of getting and they shared it with us.

The Chicago Council of Lawyers would have strongly preferred a more open selection process for such an important interim appointment. Potential interim appointments to the Supreme Court should be subjected to public scrutiny and comment before the appointment is made, not after.

That was a big match for us because it was one we felt we should get. They started out very strong and we just weren't wrestling very well. That got us back into things and we were able to take off from there.

The symphony approached us with the idea. We're very excited about partnering with them. The Central Iowa Symphony is excited about it, too.

The Family Entertainment and Copyright Act of 2005 required us to create a pre-registration system for certain works, and we have to have that system up and running by 24 October. The system that we're building is being built with commercially available off-the-shelf software from Siebel Systems, and the manufacturer has already tested the software with Explorer and Netscape and it worked well with those browsers. It may work well with other browsers, but they haven't tested those yet with the version of the Siebel software we're using right now.
