The secretary had a good set of discussions with her foreign minister counterparts during her most recent trip to Europe, and I would expect that dialogue would continue. It is a dialogue of mutual respect.

We would like to see this resolved as quickly and as peacefully as possible.

We have welcomed recent steps by President Abbas to implement a strategy that outlaws the public display of arms ... end violence and dismantle the infrastructure of terrorism.

We've come quite a ways and have a different relationship with Libya than we had three, four years ago. But there are still issues that need to be resolved, and we're working on those issues.
