They have been appealing everything, as everyone knows up in the Minot area. They appeal everything and certainly are doing everything possible not to have to pay one penny to anybody hurt in Minot.

Wow, great story. That's an area we have to look at, but he certainly has done everything we have asked him to do.

This area has a little bit of everybody from everywhere. So it's more of a cookbook to appeal to the masses. But with a Florida look to it.

We've heard that they're appealing, and that's good, but they've lost a couple of cases. By all means appeal, but I don't know if that will be the silver bullet.

That's certainly the process we set up, and they are welcome to go through the appeal process, and we welcome their input.

It certainly is very appealing and cheap to do. Although I'm not a huge believer that this is going to change the world, I certainly am going to offer gum to people in my own practice. There's really no downside.
