It's critical for architects to understand the different manners in which children learn. You need an environment designed to accommodate those needs. The environment for learning is totally different than when I was in school.

Look what's happened to our community we're starting to come back and not just Rome but this whole region. Look what happened with BRACC, the grant today. Ladies and gentlemen we've been kicked, beaten, and bloodied, and now it's our turn to come back and with this team of people with the governor, and lieutenant governor it's impossible for us to fail,

We are part of the community, and we need investigation to be proactive, to look to the outside, to encourage people to come up with bright ideas.
