They have to see it in their best interest; that's the only way it gets done. Every elected official needs a little courage. You can give them that push.

The impact would be just as strong today as five years ago. Five years ago, we were in the middle of a very strong market for air transportation. It's a whole different picture today. Today, there's a feeling that one strike might lead to another strike, which might create a domino effect.

The idea that the President also needs to go to the bathroom, I suppose, is of interest.

The hype is off the housing market. Prices are high. Interest rates are climbing. Housing needs to cool down so the market can return to normalcy.

A lot more needs to be done to transfer that interest into action.

We as an agency make management decisions based on the needs of the facility and the agency's best interest. It was decided that, all things considered, it was the appropriate action to move the center in a new direction.
