They have very good athletes on their team, ... They have some kids who can really run the ball. We've been concentrating on taking away the things they do best.

They?re the deepest. Everybody has good athletes [at] certain places. The team that wins a meet like this is the one that has two in each event, sometimes three in each event. That will really make the difference. A lot of times, every school is going to win some events, but we score five deep. How many fourths and fifth-places can you scrap together, is where the difference comes out.

We're going to go into it running the ball, ... That's what we do best.

Serra is a solid team. They get off the ball quickly and run the ball hard. They were what we expected.

He can run. He can catch the ball. He can do a lot of things that you anticipate a good back should be able to do. The thing he brings to the table, too, is he's an outstanding special-teams player.

There's some good hitting out there. I wouldn't run (with) that stinking ball.
