They made my job fun this year. I got a chance to work with the players on their skill sets and got to know them better.

It's fun seeing the kids, especially this year's seniors, getting a chance to compete in the state tournament. The state tournament is quite an experience.

I told one of my players at the end of the season that I could not wait until next Nov. 20 when we could start this great experience again.

Both of these games are going to be fun for me because I get another chance to work with these outstanding players. It's also sad in a way because it's the last time we'll be together before they move on with their lives.

It's still fun dealing with the kids. I have depth between the varsity and JV. I'm pleased with their skill level. If we make the tournament, we're going to be dangerous.

They don't often hit it. It really depends on how often they've been asked to speak. It is a skill that in this case, both Steve and Dan have learned to master because they're both television people now. We're hoping they take advantage of that newfound skill.
