They played at three last year and never lost a match together. Everything's a little tougher now.

Our schedule is tougher than last year because of the addition of a match against Carmel on April 11, but I would expect the team's dual record to remain above .500 this season. While Cathedral remains a solid favorite to repeat as team champion in the City Tournament, we are optimistic about our chances to finish in one of the top two spots. We should compete for a couple of the individual City championships as well.

I think it takes more than three years. We need to string together a decade or two to match something like that.

It's nice to be through to another semifinal, another tough match, ... Every match gets tougher.

Everyone gave all their effort. We have a big one Monday against Sacred Heart on Monday (after press time) and hopefully we can bounce back.

We don't have a lot of experience, but we do have strength up the middle of the field with our two forwards, two midfielders and goalie. They are all very skilled. It all depends if we can fill in around them. We have done ell in scrimmages but we need to find the right combination.
