It's good, because now everyone knows it's possible. As coaches, you can always motivate that way. Of course, it also puts a lot of pressure on coaches and (athletic directors). They can say, 'We have all the resources they have, why can't we do that?' But it's great for college basketball.

On Monday, you name a writer from the Washington Post, and he was probably standing in our offices. Before that, probably half of them didn't know how to get here.

It's hard. But, as I told our guys, North Carolina doesn't pay the bills, and I have a strong loyalty to these guys that we recruited and coached. These guys have worked their tails off.

It helps that I'm familiar with a lot of things Carolina does. I don't know if it'll help on the court.
