They say, 'How can you trust a mechanic? How can you trust the FAA? How do you trust the National Transportation Safety Board ?' All of these things you really can't see. You know they're there, but you don't know what they do or how well they do it.

As a way to build relationships, trust and credibility with customers, if you talk about problems and how to solve them as opposed to products and what they can do, people are a lot more attentive to that. The best thing you can hope to aspire to in test and measurement when you are in the trenches enabling other people to succeed, is to be a trusted advisor.

Everybody is pretty confident with each other. We trust each other on and off the court. That carries over to on the court [play].

I guess you can't trust people, so always use condoms, because you never know. If I ever date anybody again after this, I guess I have to reinforce that.

A good teammate and a good friend. He's been real instrumental in helping me out. He's a real calm guy and that helps calm me down out there. He knows every position out there.

It's a matter of thinking about possibilities instead of probabilities.
