Snowboarding is my passion. When my pro career was winding down, I didn't feel done by any means. I still loved riding and I was still out there a bunch. The transfer to coaching and to being out there with kids was natural.

The man you saw out here crossing your kids every day, that was Jim. He came to work every day with a smile on his face. He loved your kids.

Cat, I'll let you in on a little secret. We don't all love our jobs every day. And doing something you have passion for doesn't make the work part of it any easier...It just makes you less likely to quit.
