It's a team goal for the program, even looking ahead towards the summertime and next season, setting the stage for what's coming. Seeing what these kids are doing now is motivating my younger players. They all want to make playoffs. The seniors want to go out with a bang.

Next season we will move ahead and begin working toward the ultimate goal of a Stanley Cup championship. That's what I think is very possible and I want our fans clearly to know that.
