It's a very, very important thing for San Diego. We've been struggling to get marquee events, but it seems this year we've gotten them all – the NCAA (Regional), the World Baseball Classic, and now the McDonald's Game. This legitimizes us as a city that can host good athletic events.

Chase has a rare ability. (After watching him play), we hope people look at San Diego differently because of this event.

The big thing for us is to get back to winning and look at what we're not doing. That's taking care of the ball and having a better first quarter, defensively.

We have a long ways to go. We didn't play any defense. Again, it's no gray area with us. If we don't play any defense, we're not going to win. Chalk this one under no defense.

That shot at the end of the half really helped lift us and took us into the locker room on a positive note. I don't know a better way to lift a team.
