They utilized a wide range of smuggling, the most repulsive of which was the use of puppies.

It's an outrageous smuggling method, to place packets of heroin in the bellies of live puppies.

I think it's outrageous and heinous that they'd use small, innocent puppies in this way. It just demonstrates what lengths drugs dealers will go to get drugs into the country.
