They were very optimistic going into the Olympics that they would be in the finals.

Hopefully with the changes the team has made, the direction it has taken, there's a sense we're not far away now. It's going to be within reach as early as next year. It's more encouraging for [Jokinen] and something to build on.

The properties are located in three heavily developed commercial, retail and entertainment zones that feature a prosperous and regular clientele.

Whatever those players will bring us will be a bonus.
