They're trying to up the ante. And the legislation is trying to up the ante. The maximum punishments have been increased from two years to five years less a day.

We're trying to do everything we can to ensure that we are in compliance with the federal legislation to have offenders who are on the Ontario registry go onto the national registry.

We're exactly what that legislation is trying to encourage.
