They're young. They're willing to learn which I love the best, and they get better everyday.

Actually to be honest with you, I know we are, I know we are.

So again another young guy stepping forward.

We're very young but at the same time there's a lot of raw, natural talent we're trying to groom. For me, it's an exciting season.

So for us at the end of the season that's two teams that we're going to be right with, or certainly that we're fighting with.

Every year we seem to be getting better at it. It's fun and it's gratifying when you watch the kids run.
